Our services
Project scope, timelines and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website and its content is transferred to you. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work but cannot be held liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
